It is with deep regret that we inform you that Frank passed away on February 3, 2018. He had been a member of the St. Clair Rotary Club since 1960 and served as president from 1970 to 1971.
A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 6th from 3pm to 6pm at L.C. Friederichs and Son Funeral home in St. Clair with a private service held later.
Memorials are suggested to the Community Foundation of St. Clair County in memory of Frank Moore.
