The winner of next season's Great Lakes freighter trip will be raffled this Saturday, September 29th, in Palmer Park. The 2 pm drawing is conducted in conjunction with Whistles on the Water which show cases steam whistles used on various ships and other equipment used on and around the Great Lakes.
