The third annual St. Clair Rotary Club Pine River Turtle Race was ran this past Sunday afternoon, August 20th, along the boardwalk in Centennial Park.
This year's prize winners were: first place ($1,500) - Karen Foley of St. Clair, second place ($1,000) - Robert Sutter of New Baltimore, and third place ($500) - Susan Cole of Shelby Township!
There were also 28 other prizes from local sponsors, about 60 backpacks with school supplies from Verizon and 150 junior pizzas given out during the race.
